Chocolate oatmeal without boiling oatmeal.
Recipes:
2 spoonful of chocolate powder
1 small spoon of chia seed
4 spoonful of Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1 banana and slice them into one pieces
1/2 cup of milk
1 spoonful of low-fat greek yogurt
3 spoonful of water
Mix these all together in your mason jar. Shake it well before you put it in your refrigerator. Refrigerator to overnight and or up to 2 days only.
It actually tastes like ice cream but not that sweet. One of my best snacks. It's so healthy and delicious! It's good for your heart.
